No. Workforce Housing residents enjoy the same apartment finishes, amenities, and community access as all residents at Centro at Pine Nash.
The Workforce Housing program is designed to provide affordable housing opportunities for individuals and families who meet specific annual income qualifications. If approved, eligible residents may qualify to lease select apartment homes at a reduced rental rate while enjoying the same great community features and amenities.
Yes. All applicants are required to complete the standard screening process and must meet income qualifications. Applicants must also demonstrate a monthly income of at least 2.5 times the rental amount, along with meeting all other community leasing requirements.
Some Workforce Housing apartment homes may be priced similarly to standard apartment homes, while others may offer reduced rental rates depending on the Area Median Income (AMI) percentage and program qualifications.
No, unfortunately Housing Choice Vouchers are not accepted for these apartment homes, as this community is not classified as affordable housing. However, select homes may qualify for reduced rental rates through the Workforce Housing program based on income qualifications.
Applicants are required to provide documentation verifying all income sources as part of the application process. Accepted forms of income verification may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Earned Income
- Two months of current and consecutive pay stubs from your current employer
- The last three current and consecutive bank statements showing an ending balance totaling at least 2.5 times the net effective monthly rent for the full lease term
Self-Employment
- Tax returns and/or profit & loss statements
Social Security or Pension Income
- Award letters, 1099 forms, or SSA statements
Public Assistance
- Award letters for TANF, SSI, unemployment, or other assistance programs
Alimony or Child Support
- Court orders or legal agreements
- The last three current and consecutive bank statements showing monthly deposits received
Recent Job Changes
- If employed for fewer than two months, applicants must provide two years of W-2s along with the most recent pay stub from the current employer
Additional or Irregular Income
- Income such as gratuities or commissions may be considered with verifiable documentation, such as tax returns
